MAOI Inhibitors

Dapoxetine in Super Vidalista can interact with MAOI inhibitors and cause side effects such as hyperthermia, myoclonus, mental status changes, rigidity, and autonomic instability. These medications include isocarboxazid, phenelzine, selegiline, etc.

Thioridazine

Thioridazine, a medication used to treat mood disorders, can cause QTc interval prolongation, leading to ventricular arrhythmias. Dapoxetine can inhibit CYP2D6 enzymes, causing inhibition of thioridazine metabolism. This could lead to high levels of thioridazine in the blood, which may cause arrhythmias.

How Does Super Vidalista Work?

Super Vidalista’s two ingredients work in two different ways.

Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. PDE5 is present in many body parts but mainly in corpora cavernosum, platelets, skeletal muscles, and vascular and visceral muscles.

Sexual stimulations stimulate nerves in the pelvic region, causing a release of nitric oxide (NO). NO causes an increase in the levels of cyclic guanosine phosphate (cGMP). The rise in cGMP levels causes relaxation of the penile smooth muscles and corpora cavernosum and increases the blood flow to the penis, causing to an erection.

In ED, PDE5 inhibits cGMP’s actions, causing a lack of erection and improper functioning of the penis. Apart from this, a patient with ED may also have some kind of defect in the blood vessels of the penis.

Tadalafil in Super Vidalista inhibits the PDE5 and allows for a proper erection.

Dapoxetine in Super Vidalista slows down the ejaculatory expulsion reflex and stops the neuronal reuptake of serotonin.

Ejaculation in the human body is controlled by various parts of the nervous system. The ejaculatory pathways start from the spinal reflex at the thoracolumbar and lumbosacral levels of the spinal cord.

Dapoxetine stops the ejaculatory expulsion reflex at the supraspinal level. It does this by controlling the actions of the lateral paragigantocellular (LPGi) nucleus [1].

Serotonin (5-HT) in the brain also can inhibit ejaculation, and a decrease can cause premature ejaculation.

Dapoxetine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), can increase the level of serotonin in the nerve and improve the control over ejaculation [2]. It thus helps slow down the speed of ejaculation, allowing a longer erection.

Using them together will allow an erection to occur and last a long time.

The combination of these two drugs is more potent than using just one and may be helpful in those who are resistant to standard treatment.
