The History of Super Tadarise

Each drug in Super Tadarise has its history of creation and development.

Tadalafil was invented as a potential heart medicine back in 1993. Later, it was discovered that it could induce erections in patients with ED.

The company Lily ICOS used this discovery to change the course of treatment for ED. They patented tadalafil in 1994. Tadalafil got approval from the FDA as a medication for treating ED in 2003.

CYP3A4 Inhibitors

The CYP3A4 enzymes metabolize Super Tadarise. Medications that inhibit this enzyme can cause a slowdown of the metabolism of Super Tadarise and make it have a prolonged effect on the body. These include drugs such as ritonavir, ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin, and others.

Alcohol

Super Tadarise can worsen the effects of all types of alcohol, causing side effects such as headaches, nausea, and vomiting. Do not use alcohol with Super Tadarise.

Antacids

They can lower the uptake of Super Tadarise in the body, which can reduce its effectiveness.

CYP3A4 Inducers

These medications work opposite to the CYP3A4 inhibitors and can increase the activity of the CYP3A4 enzyme. This can cause Super Tadarise to be rapidly metabolized, decreasing its effectiveness. CYP3A4 inducers include medications like rifampicin, carbamazepine, phenytoin, and phenobarbital.

MAOI Inhibitors

Dapoxetine in Super Tadarise can interact with MAOI inhibitors. This interaction can cause side effects such as hyperthermia, myoclonus, mental status changes, rigidity, and autonomic instability.

Who Should Avoid Using Super Tadarise?

Super Tadarise is contraindicated in patients with:

A history of NAION or “crowded” optic disc
A history of priapism
A history of syncope
Blood disorders (hemophilia, leukemia, sickle-cell anemia)
History of mania or severe depression
Kidney failure or severe kidney disease
Low blood pressure
Moderate or severe hepatic impairment
Orthostatic hypotension
Severe heart disease

How Does Super Tadarise Work?

Super Tadarise’s ingredients work in two different ways.

PDE5 is present in different body parts, including the corpora cavernosum.

During sex, sexual excitement causes nerve stimulation in the pelvic region, releasing nitric oxide (NO) and increasing cyclic guanosine phosphate (cGMP) levels. This rise causes the penile smooth muscles and corpora cavernosum to relax and increases blood flow to the penis.

In ED, PDE5 inhibits cGMP’s actions, which leads to difficulty initiating an erection. A patient with ED may also have some defect in the penile blood vessels.

Tadalafil in Super Tadarise inhibits the PDE5 enzyme, allowing a proper erection. One factor that makes tadalafil different from the other PDE5 inhibitors is its longer duration of action.

Dapoxetine, the second drug of Super Tadalafil, is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). It slows down the ejaculatory expulsion reflex and stops the neuronal reuptake of serotonin.

Low serotonin levels may also cause premature ejaculation. Dapoxetine can increase serotonin levels and improve control over ejaculation [2]. This then helps slow down the speed of ejaculation, allowing an erection to last longer.

Using the drugs together helps initiate and maintain an erection that lasts long enough for intercourse without premature ejaculation.

Combining these two drugs may be helpful in patients who show no response to stand-alone therapy.

Medical Research Involving Super Tadarise

There is not much medical research regarding the combination drug of tadalafil and dapoxetine. This is because they are based on formulas that get mass-produced by various companies.

However, each drug alone has significant scientific evidence. Tadalafil is well-established as a drug for erectile dysfunction [3]. Some research has shown Dapoxetine to be effective in treating PE [4]. Research regarding their combination is lacking.
