Super Zhewitra

Super Zhewitra contains two base ingredients, vardenafil, and dapoxetine. It is used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.

Vardenafil, a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, allows better blood circulation to the penis in those having erectile dysfunction, thus causing a proper erection. Whereas dapoxetine stops the serotonin reuptake in the brain, preventing premature ejaculation, and allowing the erection to last longer.

To use Super Zhewitra, it is important to understand what this drug is, how it works, and its effects. We’ll go over them in this article.

What is Super Zhewitra?

Super Zhewitra is a drug containing two base ingredients called vardenafil and dapoxetine. Both drugs have their peculiar characteristics and use.

Vardenafil is used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). It works by inhibiting an enzyme called phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) and allows the proper supply of blood into the erectile tissues around the penis, causing it to become erect. In most ED patients, PDE5 has been found to cause erectile dysfunction.

Similarly, dapoxetine is a drug belonging to a class called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). It helps to stop the reuptake of serotonin in the brain. Serotonin’s rapid use and uptake in the brain is the main reason that causes premature ejaculation. By preventing its reuptake, the erection will last longer and there will be lesser chances of a faster ejaculation.

Super Zhewitra is produced by the Indian company Sunrise Remedies. Its headquarters is in.

What is the Dose of Super Zhewitra?

Super Zhewitra comes in a dose of 80 mg per tablet containing 20 mg of vardenafil and 60 mg of dapoxetine. It comes in a packet of four yellow teardrop-shaped tablets.

Super Zhewitra should be taken around an hour before having intercourse. One pill per day is the maximum dosage. Only use this medication when necessary. It is only available by prescription. It is not necessary to consume it every day.

One pill each day, or as your physician directs, is the recommended dosage of the medicine. Never take more than is recommended because doing so could have negative side effects. The starting dosage is 1 pill per day, but it may be adjusted based on how your body responds to the medication. Never abruptly stop using this medication without first talking to your physician.

How Long Does it Take Super Zhewitra To Kick In?

Super Zhewitra begins to work about an hour after consumption. Depending on the user, the onset and performance levels may change.

How Long Does Super Zhewitra Last?

Super Zhewitra lasts for about 5 hours, as vardenafil has a half-life of 4.7 hours and dapoxetine has a half-life of about 1.5 hours. of This is plenty of time for sexual intercourse.

How Much Does Super Zhewitra Cost?

Each pill of Super Zhewitra costs roughly USD 1.45. In comparison to other ED and PM drugs, this cost is lower.

The History of Super Zhewitra

Each drug of Super Zhewitra has its history of creation and development.

In 1989, it was discovered that the “miracle drug” sildenafil could lessen ED signs and symptoms. After then, research to create alternative ED medications started. The German business Bayer Pharmaceuticals revealed in 2001 that a different PDE5 inhibitor it was studying was equally successful in treating ED. This drug was vardenafil. Following the patenting of this drug, Bayer and Glaxo Smith started producing it.

In 2003, the FDA approved the use of vardenafil for ED. In 2018, the patent on it expired. Since then, it has been produced at a reduced cost by various pharmaceutical companies.

Dapoxetine, the second ingredient in Super Zhewitra, was initially developed as an antidepressant by the Eli Lilly pharmaceutical company. It was later discovered that it can alleviate premature ejaculation. Following this, Johnson & Johnson purchased dapoxetine in 2003. As of 2005, dapoxetine was in phase III clinical trials as well as pending review by the FDA. In most other nations, it has been given the go-ahead for use.

These two drugs can be combined to treat ED and early ejaculation much more effectively. Because of this, Sunrise Pharmaceuticals began making this combo medicine as a remedy for these two ailments.

Who Should Take Super Zhewitra?

Super Zhewitra is for men who experience premature ejaculation or who are unable to sustain an erection long enough for intercourse. To confirm your diagnosis, you must first visit your doctor for a physical examination. They might recommend this drug once they have determined your diagnosis. It has not been recommended for use by women and children.

Is Super Zhewitra Safe?

Most guys can safely take Super Zhewitra. It must be used carefully or avoided in cases of cardiac disease according to the type of condition the user has.

Common Side Effects of Super Zhewitra

Super Zhewitra has various side effects, much like most other medications. This is because it affects the body as a whole and not just one specific system. The majority of these side effects are brought on by incorrect or excessive doses. If you encounter any unusual side effects, call your physician right away.

Some of the most common side effects of using Super Zhewitra are:

  • Backaches
  • Chest pain
  • Cough
  • Diarrhoea
  • Dry mouth
  • Excessive perspiration
  • Flushing
  • Headache
  • Insomnia
  • Light-headedness

  • Stomach Upset
  • Upper Respiratory Tract Infections

Potential Drug Interactions With Super Zhewitra

Super Zhewitra and some drugs may interact, leading to unfavorable side effects. They may interact in ways that are harmless or possibly harmful. Therefore, it is wise to let your doctor know in advance if you take any of these drugs.

Super Zhewitra may interact with the following medications:

Nitrates

Nitrates are vasodilators. By increasing blood flow to the heart muscle and widening the heart’s blood channels, they can reduce the strain on the heart. They are thus used to treat cardiac diseases including angina and coronary artery disease. Super Zhewitra may interact with these drugs and dramatically reduce blood pressure. Amyl nitrate, nitroglycerin, isosorbide, and nitroprusside are some examples of nitrates.

Guanylate Cyclase (GC) Stimulators

These medications are used to treat heart failure and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). They increase the activity of sGC, a cardiopulmonary system enzyme that relaxes vascular smooth muscles and causes pulmonary vasodilation, decreases PAH, and increases cardiac output. They can lower blood pressure by interacting with Super Zhewitra. These contain drugs like riociguat.

Anti-Hypertensive Medications

Anti-hypertensive medications are used to treat hypertension. These medications may interact with Super Zhewitra, sharply lowering blood pressure. These drugs include, among others, calcium channel blockers, angiotensin II receptor blockers, ACE inhibitors, and alpha-blockers.

CYP3A4 inhibitors

Super Zhewitra is metabolised by the CYP3A4 enzymes. Therefore, Super Zhewitra’s metabolism may be slowed down by drugs that inhibit this enzyme, resulting in a longer-lasting effect on the body. Ritonavir, ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin, and other medications fall within this category.

Alcohol

Patients taking Super Zhewitra should refrain from drinking any alcohol.  It could cause a sudden drop in blood pressure after rising from a sitting or standing position. Several PDE5 inhibitors, including Super Zhewitra, have been shown to lower blood pressure when used with alcohol and to produce side effects such as headaches, vomiting, dizziness, and low blood pressure.

Antacids

Antacids could cause a slowdown in the metabolism and uptake of Super Zhewitra in the body, leading to longer unwanted effects. So it is best to avoid taking Super Zhewitra with antacids. Antacids consist of various drugs such as Alternagel, Amphojel, Alka-Seltzer, Tums, Magnesium hydroxide, Gaviscon, Gelusil, Maalox, Mylanta, and Rolaids.

CYP3A4 Inducers

These drugs function in opposition to CYP3A4 inhibitors. If these medications are used together, the CYP3A4 enzyme’s activity will be increased, resulting in faster absorption of Super Zhewitra. Drugs including rifampicin, carbamazepine, phenytoin, and phenobarbital are CYP3A4 inducers.

MAOI Inhibitors

Super Zhewitra’s ingredient dapoxetine may interact with MAOI inhibitors causing the development of serotonin syndrome due to excess serotonin in the brain. Side effects of this interaction include hyperthermia, myoclonus, altered mental status, stiffness, and autonomic instability, among others. MAOI inhibitors include selegiline, phenelzine, and isocarboxazid, among others.

Thioridazine

Thioridazine, a mood stabiliser, can lengthen QTc intervals, which can result in ventricular arrhythmias. The CYP2D6 enzymes can be inhibited by the dapoxetine in Super Zhewitra, which prevents the metabolism of thioridazine. It might result in elevated blood levels of thioridazine and arrhythmias.

Who Should Avoid Using Super Zhewitra

  • Patients diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa
  • Patients taking any of the contraindicated medications listed in the previous section
  • Patients with a history of mania or severe depression
  • Patients with a history of NAION or “crowded” optic disc
  • Patients with a history of priapism
  • Patients with a history of syncope
  • Patients with certain blood disorders (haemophilia, leukaemia, sickle-cell anaemia)
  • Patients with hypersensitivity to Super Zhewitra
  • Patients with kidney failure or severe kidney disease
  • Patients with low blood pressure
  • Patients with moderate or severe hepatic impairment
  • Patients with orthostatic hypotension
  • Patients with severe heart conditions such as heart valve failure

How Does Super Zhewitra Work

The two ingredients of Super Zhewitra work in two different ways.

Vardenafil works by inhibiting the enzyme present in the corpora cavernosa of the penis called phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5). This enzyme is also present in platelets, skeletal muscles, and vascular and visceral muscles.

During sexual activities, there is a release of nitric oxide (NO) in the blood vessels following the stimulation of the nerves in the pelvic organ. Cyclic guanosine phosphate (cGMP) levels rise as a result of NO. The corpora cavernosa and penile smooth muscles relax when the levels of cGMP grow. Additionally, it improves blood flow to the penis. An erection results from all of this.

PDE5 suppresses the effects of cGMP in ED. It causes the penis to malfunction leading to an inability to sport an erection. A patient with ED may have a blood vessel problem in the penile area.

The PDE5 is inhibited by the vardenafil in Super Zhewitra. As a result, it makes room for a proper erection to happen.

A selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), dapoxetine is the second medication in the Super Zhewitra combination. The ejaculatory ejection reflex is delayed by it. It also prevents serotonin from being reabsorbed by neurons.

The neurological system of the human body has various components that regulate ejaculation. The spinal reflex at the thoracolumbar and lumbosacral levels of the spinal cord is where the ejaculatory pathways begin. Different brain nuclei then alter signals after they have been transmitted to the brain. At the supraspinal level, dapoxetine inhibits the ejaculatory expulsion reflex. It accomplishes this by directing the lateral paragigantocellular (LPGi) nucleus’ activities. [1].

Ejaculation can be inhibited by the brain’s serotonin (5-HT). Reduced serotonin levels might lead to premature ejaculation. Dapoxetine can boost serotonin levels in the nerve and enhance ejaculatory control [2]. It then slows down the speed of ejaculation, leading to a longer erection.

So, Super Zhewitra’s Vardenafil treats erectile dysfunction while Dapoxetine stops early ejaculation. Combining them makes an erection easier to sport and helps it remain longer. These steps guarantee that the erection will continue long enough for sexual activity without causing early ejaculation.

The combination of these two medications may be beneficial for people who don’t respond to conventional therapy.

Medical Research Involving Super Zhewitra

Medical research on the vardenafil and dapoxetine combo medication is scarce. This is because they are built on formulas that are mass-produced by different businesses. The medications themselves, however, have quite a bit of research done on them. The effectiveness of vardenafil as a treatment for erectile dysfunction is well known [3].

Dapoxetine appears to work well in the treatment of PE, according to certain studies [4]. However, there is a lack of study on their combination.

Best Super Zhewitra Alternatives

Many different drugs work the same as Super Zhewitra. Some of them might use a single active component, while others might use a variety of substances with comparable or unique modes of action. You should therefore check around to see what suits you the most.

Natural Super Zhewitra Alternatives

Super Zhewitra can also be replaced by other natural options. These include numerous vitamins and herbs. However, the majority of them lack enough clinical testing and research to back up their efficacy.

However, these complementary and alternative therapies can be a great place to start if you’re afraid to start with prescription medications. You can then switch to using pharmaceutical drugs if these don’t work.

The following additional herbs and vitamins can be used to treat ED:

Catuaba (Trichilia catigua or Erythroxylum Catuaba)— Catuaba has aphrodisiac properties and can help to treat ED as well as impotence [5].

Zinc — Zinc levels in the body have an impact on a variety of processes, including cell division, DNA and protein synthesis, and immunity. The male body can create testosterone thanks to zinc. Men with sex issues tend to have lower zinc levels. Zinc supplementation can therefore assist to boost testosterone and treat sexual dysfunctions [6].

Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium spp.) — Icariin, an enzyme found in this plant, has PDE5 inhibition abilities similar to those of vardenafil in Super Zhewitra. The herb horny goat weed can be used to treat impotence, low libido, and joint discomfort [7].

L-Arginine — L-arginine generates nitric oxide. The production of cGMP, which aids in ED, can then be aided by the NO. This causes better blood flow into the penis. As a result of improved blood flow to the penis, an erection may remain longer. It might also increase energy levels and aid in strengthening muscles [8].

Pine Bark Extract — Procyanidins, bioflavonoids, and organic acids are among the many polyphenol antioxidants found in pine bark extract. Pine bark extract and L-arginine, when used together, have been shown to improve sperm counts and lessen ED symptoms [9].
