Tadagra Super

Tadagra Super is a type of phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitor. Its generic name is tadalafil. It helps in treating men who cannot get an erection. This term is medically referred to as erectile dysfunction (ED). Tadagra Super also has another use; it is also used in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.

The use of this amazing drug requires beforehand knowledge to ensure that the user understands what it is and how it works. Hence, to make it easier for you, we’ll talk about all these things in this article.

Let’s get right into it.

What is Tadagra Super?

Tadagra Super is made of an ingredient called tadalafil. Tadalafil is also the generic name of this drug. It is of a drug class called phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors (PDE5).

Tadagra Super’s main purpose is in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It is also used in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

The generic drug tadalafil is also the main ingredient of another super popular ED medication called Cialis. Tadagra Super is produced by ACE Golden International, a company based in India.

If you have ED and you consume Tadagra Super, it will cause you to have an erection. It does this by negating the effects of an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). This enzyme causes the narrowing of blood vessels in the penis, making it unable to get erect in most ED patients. Tadagra Super inhibits PDE5 and stops its actions, thus promoting blood flow in the penis, and causing an erection.

Tadagra Super is much more effective than the majority of other ED drugs due to its prolonged length of action.

What’s The Dose of Tadagra Super?

Tadagra Super is available as a 60mg tablet. It comes in a blister pack with ten pills per pack and is a little yellow teardrop-shaped tablet.

In the majority of nations, Tadagra Super may only be purchased with a prescription from a doctor. Therefore, you must first have your condition checked by your physician.

It is suggested to use Tadagra Super only when needed. It is not necessary to take it every day unless otherwise directed by a doctor. A maximum of one pill per day may be taken, or as your physician may direct. The dosage for benign prostate hyperplasia will depend on the prescription dose that was supplied by your physician. In either case, never exceed the suggested or necessary dosage.

Overdosing can cause some undesirable side effects which may prove to even become fatal.

For ED, the starting dose is 60mg. Depending on your body’s performance of this drug and how the drug affects you, your doctor may increase or reduce your dosage.

It is also ideal not to discontinue taking the medication without first talking to your physician.

How Long Does it Take for Tadagra Super To Kick In?

Usually, Tadagra Super starts working within 30 to 90 minutes of intake. Sometimes it could take a little longer. So if you’re a first-time user, it’s best to wait a while.

Tadagra Super must meet a requirement to work properly. Sexual stimulation is necessary for this drug to work. You should therefore take this drug once daily, around 30 minutes before the planned sexual activity.

How Long Does Tadagra Super Last?

Tadagra Super has a half-life of roughly 17.5 hours, therefore its effects can last for almost 36 hours. It is considerably longer than other ED drugs like Viagra and Levitra. This indicates that Tadagra Super has a longer half-life in your body and aids in maintaining an erection for a much longer period.

How Much Does Tadagra Super Cost?

Each 60mg tablet of Tadagra Super costs roughly 0.24 USD. When compared to other ED drugs like Viagra, its cost is lower.

The History of Tadagra Super

Tadalafil was first created in 1993 as a potential heart medicine. Its ability to cause erections in ED patients was an accidental discovery, but a very lucky one.  The business ICOS recognized this drug as a viable treatment for the illness. ICOS submitted a patent application for it in 1994.

Tadalafil was given FDA approval as an ED treatment in 2003. After that, Lilly ICOS created and offered it. The drug’s patent ran out in 2017, making it possible for other pharmaceutical companies to produce it for less money.  ACE Golden International began producing Tadagra Super as soon as this patent ran out.

Who Should Take Tadagra Super?

Tadagra Super is a medication that can only be obtained with a prescription from a qualified physician. It may be prescribed to men with ED or benign prostatic hyperplasia. Pulmonary arterial hypertension can also be treated with Tadagra Super.

Your doctor will first assess you to establish whether any underlying medical issues or current medications may interact with Tadagra Super. If all goes according to plan, they will then give you this medication based on your needs.

Is Tadagra Super Safe?

The majority of users can safely utilise Tadagra Super. But it also has a distinct set of side effects, just like most medicines.

Common Side Effects of Tadagra are

  • Aching in the limbs
  • Backaches
  • Chest pain
  • Cough
  • Diarrhoea
  • Flushing
  • Headache
  • Infections in the upper respiratory tract
  • Muscle aches
  • Priapism
  • Stomach Upset
  • Stuffy or runny nose
  • Vision Disturbances

Potential Drug Interactions With Tadagra Super

Certain drugs and Tadagra Super may interact, causing unanticipated and perhaps dangerous adverse effects. These specific medications may have the same negative effects when used in combination with the majority of other PDE5 inhibitor medications. Therefore, if Tadagra Super doesn’t work for you, it’s likely that none of the other PDE5 inhibitor drugs will either. It is best to discuss this with your doctor in advance to avoid taking Tadagra Super with these specific medications.

Some of the common medications that may interact with Tadagra Super are:

Nitrates

Nitrates are vasodilators. They can lessen the strain on the heart by increasing blood flow to the heart muscle by dilating the blood vessels of the heart. Hence, they are used to treat cardiac conditions like coronary artery disease and angina. With these medications, Tadagra Super may interact and significantly lower blood pressure. Nitrates include substances like amyl nitrate, nitroglycerin, isosorbide, nitroprusside, and others.

Alcohol

Any type of alcohol consumption should be avoided by patients using Tadagra Super since it may result in a sharp drop in blood pressure after rising from a sitting or standing position. When coupled with alcohol, several PDE5 inhibitors including Tadagra Super, have been proven to reduce blood pressure and have symptomatic effects including headaches, vomiting, and dizziness.

Guanylate Cyclase Stimulators

When used with these drugs, Tadagra Super can lower blood pressure. These include medications like riociguat, a common medication recommended to treat pulmonary hypertension.

CYP3A4 Inhibitors

Tadalafil, the main component of Tadagra Super, is metabolised in the liver by the enzyme CYP3A4. CYP3A4 inhibitors prevent the CYP3A4 enzyme from functioning. As a result, taking Tadagra Super along with the CYP3A4 inhibitors may cause the latter’s clearance by the body to be delayed. Thus, Tadagra Super’s effects continue to be felt for a longer time than intended. As a result of the drug’s prolonged effects, this could result in certain unpleasant side effects. CYP34A inhibitors include ritonavir, ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin, and other medications.

Anti-Hypertensive Medications

High blood pressure is treated with anti-hypertensive drugs. Tadagra Super and these drugs may interact, causing a significant drop in blood pressure. These medications include alpha-blockers, ACE inhibitors, calcium channel blockers, and angiotensin II receptor blockers, to name a few.

CYP3A4 Inducers

These medications work in opposition to CYP3A4 inhibitors. They accelerate the drug’s metabolism in the body, reducing the half-life of Tadagra Super. Incomplete effects will result from the medicine leaving the system earlier than anticipated. Phenobarbital, phenytoin, carbamazepine, rifampin, and other drugs are examples of CYP3A4 inducers.

Antacids

Antacids can lessen Tadagra Super’s efficiency by lowering the body’s capacity to absorb it. As a result, Tadagra Super won’t be able to function as planned for a long enough period in the system. Alternagel, Amphojel, Alka-Seltzer, Tums, Magnesium hydroxide, Gelusil, Maalox, Mylanta, and Rolaids, are some examples of antacids.

Who Should Avoid Using Tadagra Super?

There are some conditions where it can be harmful to men to take Tadagra Super. Here is a list of patients who should avoid taking Tadagra Super:

  • Any patient with gastric ulcer
  • Any person having any kind of blood ailments such as sickle cell anaemia, leukaemia, or haemophilia
  • Any person suffering from a severe heart condition or heart valve issues
  • Any person who is allergic or hypersensitive to Tadagra Super
  • Any person who is suffering from severe kidney illness
  • Any person with a “crowded” or NAION optic disc
  • Any person with a medical history of priapism
  • Any person with a history of retinitis pigmentosa

How Does Tadagra Super Work

Tadagra Super works as a phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It enhances blood flow in the arteries supplying the corpora cavernosa, a part of the penis. PDE5 is found in the penis, corpora cavernosa, platelets, skeletal muscles, and vascular, and visceral muscles.

Tadagra Super needs sexual stimulation to work, otherwise, it cannot function that well. This means for it to work, there must be sufficient sexual stimulation first.

Generally, the pelvic area’s nerves get activated following sexual arousal. The arteries encircling the corpora cavernosa’s smooth muscles will then begin to pump nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide increases the chemical cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). It also results in a rise in blood flow to the penis and causes the corpora cavernosa and smooth muscles of the penile to relax. The penis can get erect thanks to the effects of cGMP.

These arteries are usually damaged and malfunctioning in ED patients.

In addition, PDE5 stops cGMP from functioning properly in ED patients, which prevents the smooth muscles of the penis from relaxing. As a result, the penis receives insufficient blood supply. As a result, there isn’t an erection.

Tadagra Super works to address this by limiting the PDE5 enzyme’s activity. It also relaxes the blood arteries, allowing regular blood flow into them and causing an erection. It also helps maintain the erection for as long as required for sex.

Medical Research Involving Tadagra Super

There is research that has shown that Tadalafil, the generic version of Tadagra Super, is effective in treating ED and BPH [1,2]. However, individual companies’ research on its effects is lacking. This is the outcome of companies producing the drugs using the same processes and formulas as generic drugs. When the generic drug’s patent runs out, other companies will be able to start mass-producing the same drug. So there is not much need for companies to do their research.

Best Alternatives of Tadagra Super

ED can be treated with several different drugs. They might contain the same active ingredient as Tadagra Super or various sorts of ingredients that function similarly to Tadagra Super.

Pharmaceutical Alternatives of Tadagra Super

There are numerous additional alternatives for Tadagra Super. Some of these might be more affordable than others. But they all function similarly.

These other name-brand medications have similar effects to Tadagra Super:

  • Sildenafil (Viagra, Cenforce, Kamagra, Fildena, P-Force, Vygex, & more)
  • Tadalafil (Cialis, Adcirca, Vidalista, Tadacip, Forzest, & more)
  • Avanafil (Avaforce, Stendra, Avana)
  • Mirodenafil (Mvix)
  • Udenafil (Zydena)
  • Vardenafil (Levitra, Staxyn, Vilitra, Zhewitra, Savitra, & more)

Natural Alternatives

There are other natural alternatives to Tadagra Super as well. Among them are various nutrients and herbs. The majority of them, however, have insufficient clinical testing and research to support their efficacy.

But if you’re hesitant to start with prescription drugs, these complementary and alternative therapies can be an excellent place to start. If these don’t work, you can move on to pharmaceutical medications.

Here are a few additional herbs and vitamins for the treatment of ED:

Ginseng (Panax ginseng) — Ginseng is a herb that has been regarded as having therapeutic benefits for ED as well as several other ailments like headache, anxiety, and upset stomach. Nitric oxide, which is released when ginseng is consumed, is thought to cause erections by relaxing the smooth muscles in the penis. Additionally, the root may increase energy levels and may have an impact on hormone control, which could enhance sexual arousal. [3].

Horny goat weed (Epimedium spp.) — This plant contains an enzyme called icariin that exhibits PDE5 inhibition properties comparable to Tadagra Super. Horny goat weed can be used to treat joint pain, impotence, and low libido [4].

Muira puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides) — It is a plant that boosts desire during sexual activity and relieves ED [5]. Additionally, it increases endurance and aids in improved sexual performance.

L-arginine — Nitric oxide is created by L-arginine. The NO can then aid in the cGMP’s creation, which helps in ED [6]. As a result, an erection might last longer since there is better blood flow to the penis. Additionally, it could boost energy levels and help with muscle strengthening.

Catuaba (Trichilia catigua or Erythroxylum Catuaba) — Catuaba may be used to treat ED and poor libido [7]. Catuaba has aphrodisiac properties and can be used to cure sexual weakness.

Yohimbe (Pausinystalia johimbe) — Yohimbe improves erections and may help with ED [8]. The person may become more sexually active as a result. Alpha-2 adrenergic receptors are blocked by yohimbine, which affects the body. By inhibiting the receptors that hinder erections, yohimbine improves erectile dysfunction. Nitric oxide may be released more quickly as a result of yohimbine. Penile erections could develop from the blood vessels in the penis expanding as a result.

Tribulus (Tribulus terrestris) — Tribulus can assist with ED treatment. Additionally, it may improve urinary tract infections and treat some mild urinary tract conditions including increased libido [9].

Where to Buy Tadagra Super in 2022

Since Tadagra Super is a prescription-only drug, you must first obtain a prescription from your physician before using it. You can buy it online or from any nearby drugstore once you’ve received it. It is better to buy them online because it is more discreet and takes the hassle out of going shopping.

There are generic drugs for erectile dysfunction that are less expensive, so it is advisable to look at them and decide what is best for you.

Your greatest option for a long-term treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia and erectile dysfunction may be Tadagra Super.
